Job Description / Responsibilities: - Managing vulnerabilities in IT and OT environments. - Developing and implementing global Vulnerability Management (VM) concepts. - Customizing, modifying, and developing VM toolsets. - Understanding the current VM process and identifying process gaps. - Analyzing current vulnerabilities, grouping them, and assigning them to the responsible units or "towers." - Identifying application owners. - Creating or implementing assignment rules within ServiceNow's Vulnerability Response (VR) module. Requirements: - A degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a comparable qualification. - Solid IT security expertise. - Knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz corporate structure and hierarchy. - Experience in vulnerability detection and remediation (tools and processes). - Proficiency in Qualys, especially the VM module (VMDR) and Qualys agents. - Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly the Sec-Ops VR module. - Expertise in IT networks, including TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, IDS/IPS, load balancers, etc. - Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work independently. - Advanced skills in automation and scripting languages, with a focus on Python. - A good team player. - Experience with microservices, such as container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Good English skills and strong communication abilities for creating social intranet posts, presentations, etc. - Knowledge in implementing and extending CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
