Core Responsibilities: * Design and improve doc-as-code workflows and maintain Sphinx-Needs extensions, contributing upstream to restore compatibility with latest releases. * Design and operate an integration layer that connects various MBSE tools (e.g., DNG, Rhapsody) via APIs and ReqIF, enabling traceability and synchronization across engineering artifacts. * Drive the evolution of docs-as-code workflows to seamlessly integrate MBSE artifacts, enabling traceable, model-aligned documentation. * Maintain an inner-source starter project for Sphinx-Needs configuration in MB context, including templates, training materials, and community support. * Coordinate merge requests with open-source projects and foster an internal doc-as-code community. Required Experience: * Several years in tool and process development, ideally in regulated environments. * Strong Python skills; experience with REST APIs, data formats (ReqIF, JSON, XML, YAML), and Bash scripting. * Familiarity with automotive processes (ASPICE, SAFe) and safety-critical standards (ISO 26262). * Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English.
